Service Level Agreement "SLA"
At BudgetVM, we strive to provide top notch service and support. To ensure that your service is online and performing to your expectations we outline the following guarantees:
Network Uptime:
We Guarantee the BudgetVM network Infrastructure to be available 100% of the time per month. In the event the network is not available 100% of the time we will provide an account credit, the account credit will be 1 day service credit for every .1% of downtime per month. br> br> We also guarantee that the network packet loss shall not exceed 0.3% on the BudgetVM network.
Hardware Node Uptime:
We guarantee that the hardware nodes will be online 100% of the time per month. In the event the hardware node is not available 100% of the time we will provide an account credit, the account credit will be 1 day service credit for every .5% of downtime per month.
Private Node, Dedicated Server Hardware Replacement:
For Customers who purchase private nodes or dedicated servers we offer a 4 hour hardware replacement guarantee. In the event we do not replace the failed hardware within 4 hours we will credit your account for (5) days of service.
The "Fine" Print:
The BudgetVM network is defined as the point where our routers connect the facility to the internet. br> br> If your account is the target of a DDOS attack the SLA does not apply. br> br> SLA's apply to accounts in good standing. They do not apply for overdue or suspended accounts.
