- Troubleshoot client issues on Virtual Servers and Dedicated Servers
- Identify problem areas which require management attention

- Manage escalated client issues on Virtual Servers and Dedicated Servers
- Create Xen and openVZ templates
- Monitor and Respond to server health concerns
- Respond to customer emails and live chat inquires.

POSITION PURPOSE:
The Systems Administrator team monitors and managing the BudgetVM server infrastructure.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience Administering Xen and OpenVz servers.
- Extensive Experience with shell scripting
- Prior Experience in providing Level 3 Support
- Ability to document processes
- The ability to communicate recurring issues to management.

- Manage Performance and Stability of Server Infrastructure
- OS Template Optimization
